About Courtney Love
Courtney Love is a well-known singer, songwriter and musician from San Francisco, California that mainly plays alternative rock and grunge rock. In 1989, Courtney Love taught herself to play guitar and set out to form her own band. To do so, she placed an ad in an issue of "Flipside", to which Eric Erlandson replied. Love and Erlandson co-founded Hole and are the only two members to remain constant throughout the band's history.
